Terms of service

The agreement. By browsing trycollarless.com or placing an order through our Shopify checkout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not order.

What we sell. Collarless sells step-in vest harnesses and related walking accessories. This is walking equipment. It changes where the leash pulls. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. Follow your vet's advice.

Orders. An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment clears and we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order for suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, a pricing error, or if an item cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel after payment, we refund you.

Prices. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. We may change prices on the site at any time; the price you were charged at checkout is the price for that order.

Shipping and risk. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes when the carrier marks the parcel delivered, except where we are responsible under the shipping or returns policy.

Accounts. If you create a Shopify customer account, you are responsible for keeping login details private and for activity under that account.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break checkout, scrape the store in a way that harms service, or submit false order information.

Intellectual property. Site copy, layout, logos, and product photos are owned by Collarless or our licensors. You may not reuse them for another store without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Collarless is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Collarless is organised for business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
